Predictions on prime rate under new Fed chair?

Given what the new Fed chair said yesterday, are there any good predictions about how long the prime interest rate will hold?

I say thru 2014. Economy is still limping along and too fragile.

Any predictions on how quickly or how much it will rise over the next 5 years or so?

You all realize these predictions are as useless as teats on a bull, right? The WSJ's annual poll of top 20 economists has been wrong on the DIRECTION let alone magnitude of long term rate changes more than 50% of the time over the last 20 years. That's long rates and this questions is about short, but no one has any idea on the magnitude or timing of potential changes. We could be zero bound for a decade for all we know ... the economy is an unpredictable creature.
