I disagree that Johnnie and Chris would have worked out if he gave it a chance. Sounds like she gave the guy she married a chance and that she never loved him. Same thing would have happened with Chris. But I do hope he finds love I felt so sad for him that he shared that he was sexually assaulted and then got ditched two days later.

Poster whom you're replying to. You may be right - it may have turned out to be a bad match. But I do wonder about the general "I need to be chosen first since the beginning and you can never have doubted or made a mistake" mindset. Would you rather have your pride or have a relationship? Zach and Bliss being exhibit A. I also wonder about gender dynamics and if women are more willing to put their ego aside.

Yes I think women are more willing. When he got with her after the fact it seemed disingenuous confirmed by the fact he cheated

I think JP was feeling incredibly awkward and just couldn't relax and did indeed use her make-up as an incredibly lame excuse when under pressure to explain his distance. Yeah, so Lydia is crazy, but I also think she is into Milton. I think she might be into him because she just really wants to be with someone, and he was willing, but I don't hate them together. He basically admitted that he wants that loud, close, warm vibe she has with her family. I think they could possibly work?

I was generally liking Izzy until he needlessly destroyed Johnie. I think he was trying to learn from past seasons when former flames said things they shouldn't have, and he went in the opposite direction and tore her apart, but it was mean.

I don't like Stacy. People think she's pretty? Those weird eyebrows and stage make up and no curves? Nah. That choker necklace doesn't help, either. Whatever, though, I don't care what she looks like, I care more that she lacks any introspection and is so surface level. I actually think Izzy wanted a deeper connection, but is just so happy to have someone love him that he's rolling with it. Izzy is totally in over his head and feeling insecure financially. I don't think they're a great fit emotionally or lifestyle-wise.

I agree about Izzy. He was somewhat likable until that interaction with Johnie. He came across so hostile and immature. Same vibe I got off of Uche. You want that woman to sit there while you call her names and berate her? Hell no.

Also I wonder if Lydia’s claim that Uche cheated is true. Because he’s a major hypocrite if that’s true. I think the only person I like is Taylor. Good for her for leaving.

Izzy knows he can’t afford the lifestyle Stacy requires. Not a big Stacy fan but she at least is up front about her financial situation and good for her for being open about how finances matter to her (though WTH with her displaying her YSL bag on the kitchen counter?). And he is totally riled up about Johnie, whom he knows he went too far with in that interrogation. Uche and Lydia are clearly still into each other. Milton is naive but kind and being walked all over. JP has major social issues and he kisses weirdly. Taylor is mature for her age and glad she stood up for herself.

Every single person in these couples is trying so so hard to convince themselves they like their partners and they just don’t.

I see no wedding bells for any of them. Maaaaaybe Milton and Lydia bc I can’t imagine either of them saying no but they will totally break up if they do go through with it.

I didn't see this, but is she really displaying it? I set my bag on my counter all the time, and sometimes on the shelves in part of the room (to keep it out of the way). Could possibly look like I'm displaying it?

Lydia is a train wreck. Milton is kind of a childish and awkward boy. But he is pretty condescending to Lydia who he does seem to like (rude comments like "that's not English", "you are so old"). Bad season, why are I watching?

She makes just as many "youre a baby" comments to him too. Honestly they both seem really caught up in the age thing, even though they said in the pods they wouldn't let it get in the way. Clearly, thats not working lol.

Guys I think they are really joking. My DH and I have an 5 yr gap, and sometimes we joke. Anyway I like those two together, I think Lydia came on the show to chase Uche then had an epiphany. Once she saw Milton and checked him out; he’s cool, he’s tall, he’s paid, he’s smart, he’s capable of deescalating and managing conflict without extra emotion, she realized she had won. She’s spicy and emotionally charged and he is the exact opposite so they attract. I guessed he’s even joking about her language. he speaks Japanese which is a challenging language to learn. On the spot corrections really help people learn languages.

I lived the way Milton handled Uche, made Uche look like a complete idiot. “I’ll holla at you on the group chat” (because I won’t be talking to you otherwise) was A1 putting a sucker in his place.

Two things at the reunion that were so annoying: the way he kept touching/grabbing Stacy's leg when they were sitting there. You're not a couple.

And he said to either Milton or Chris, "I'm so proud of you" for something they did (I think after Vanessa praised Milton for standing up to Uche, but im not sure) as if he was their mentor or big brother, and to make their kudos about him somehow.

He seems really toxic.
