| I've heard of Duke Ellington HS in DC. What about elementary and middle schools that emphasize performing arts? Are there any public options in MD? |

| Loiederman in Silver Spring offers a lottery for MS and I believe there are a few options at the HS level. Applications for the 2014-2015 school year were due last fall, but general info should be available on the MCPS website. |
