Yes everyone agrees they are the better club today. But this is very positive progress for a club that people expected would be wiped out by double digits. VRSC is already at the level of Arlington or NVA was last year, two established ECNL clubs. VRSC is certainly the best GA club in the area and well on their way to being a national club the way FCV was for years. Bookmark this for next years Rev Cup tournament where VRSC will be ahead of some of the VDA teams.

The only thing that can be taken from the first few weeks of this new season is NVA/Loudoun will be in the wilderness in a few years - NVA may be done altogether in a year. There are options for players now within/outside the county to play quality soccer.

SYC would like to have a word with you. But hey maybe if some more teams fold to Ga more talent comes in and pushes out lesser talent and shores up these already evolving teams.

Next year we will see ECNL girls who are not getting playing time move to GA. Will also see any remaining RL girls who are capable move to GA. ECNL will still be at the top but GA teams should take a step forward.

Yup 3-5 players in each age group at the ECNL-N clubs will be making moves. Probably starters for any GA club. Next year will be interesting.
