Following up on the discussion of Tuition Reciprocity Programs in the Minnesota thread, this is an interesting article:

Is anyone aware of any such agreement involving VA or Maryland?

Virginia participates the in the southeastern(?) college exchange. My neighbors two kids are getting in state at GA Tech.

I believe Maryland is in a different one.

There is one, I don't have time to google it for you but it's something called Southern Consortium something or other? You can find it if you google around.

I have a friend (VA resident) who got in-state tuition at Florida State for library science because there's no public program in VA.
