Where in this whole episode is their racism? The people that are screaming about this being a racist act, refuse to even consider she contributed to the situation. He was out of line and will be reprimanded. But she killed herself. What the whole video. She had a foul mouth from the start. You cant say "she didnt deserve to die!" Well, maybe someone should have told her not to kill herself.

Stop using her death as the latest poster child for racism.

I believe it is RARE that some don't believe racism doesn't exist.

There is a faction however that would love to perpetuate it for their own purpose...sharpton is one, perhaps you are another. I on the other hand know it will never be stamped out and am very disappointed that my belief 50 years ago has turned out to be wrong.

No, I dont think its her fault. But Sandra had an opportunity to be the better person. And like it or not, she did break the law. She also killed herself, until it is scientifically proven otherwise. Did the cop handle it well, heck no. But being an egomanical cop doesn't mean her killed her either.

Not sure how you stretched to an innocent female getting raped...

Yes, she changed lanes without putting on the turn signal. How often have you done that? When you do that, do you think to yourself, "I am breaking the law!" How about driving faster than the speed limit? Do you think "I am breaking the law!" when you drive faster than the speed limit?

Absolutely, I definitely think to myself, "I hope there are no cops around" when I exceed the speed limit, roll through a stop sign, fail to use a signal (which I actually never forget to do, huge pet peeve of mine), etc.

OK, next -- if there were a police officer around when you exceeded the speed limit/rolled through a stop sign/didn't put your turn signal on, and the police officer pulled you over, and you were having a bad day and therefore responded with some attitude, would you think it was reasonable for the police officer to respond to your attitude by pulling you out of your car and threatening you with a Taser, given that, after all, you had broken the law by exceeding the speed limit/rolling through a stop sign/not putting your turn signal on?

I was taught to be respectful of others. I' m not so stupid and out of control that I would give someone "attitude" .

Very suspicious to me.

Your're an idiot. THC ( the stuff in pot) STAYS in your system. Maybe she was a habitual user.

Ok. Which death would you like to use? Because we have a long list to chose from. Or how about you just take a look at current arrest stats for similar offenses. Then look at proportion.

Based on your logic, we should all just pledge allegiance to Iran because having a foul mouth is grounds for further interigation, arrest and jail. Didn't see all those white occupiers going to jail when they spit and kicked on police. Didn't see them have to get booked and post bail. At most they were placed in holding cells and released.

Take a seat homie.

This is a discussion site. You may disagree with PP, they may be wrong, or dumb, or clueless morons, or evil racists. But telling them to sit down is no way to engage in a discussion on an issue.

Don't get your panniers in a bunch. For all you know the person PP is referring to is most likely already sitting.

Settle down and stop shouting.

I NEVER said black people are making up racial discrimination. There's still plenty of it, why make it up. Although I do get tired of people LEAPING to the conclusion there's discrimination when it's not proven as yet. And, there are those like sharpton that do make up stuff but more often than not are using actual actual events to benefit from it.
