The friends that I know for certain had abortions for “elective” reasons. That’s the box they checked on the form.
The first was underage - so technically she couldn’t consent to sex and the guy involved told her he was wearing a condom. He “stealthed” - I believe that is the term. She was 15 and it was her first time. So she had a “convenient” abortion.
The second friend had a one night stand that resulted in pregnancy, so she checked the “convenience” box.
The box didn’t have a section for her to note she suffered from unmanaged bipolar disorder and was in a fully manic episode during the ordeal.
So so so convenient.
