For those who use their pasta machines, what do you make and how long does it take? I've always thought about getting a machine but not sure what I'd do with it.

i have a machine and i love to cook and i love pasta but i just don't use it as much as i thought i would. its a messy project.

how long does it take? depends on what you are doing. it can be fairly quick but since i am making the mess, i tend to make multiple matches of pasta at once to freeze.

usually make ravioli, tortellini.
