Just got a Panini machine and I LOVE it.

I love this thing. Melty cheese, crispy bread, delish.

Gimme some ideas for paninis. I'm almost (actually not really) getting bored with melted cheddar and bacon.

Panini makers just mash it down and get everything extra compact and melty.

Cubanos! Leftover pork loin roast, ham, swiss cheese, pickles and mustard. Soooo yummy.

Fresh mozz, pepperoni, marinara, fresh basil, fresh garlic. Italian bread.

Brie, mascarpone mixed with raspberry preserves and throw in some chocolate chips. Yum!
(disclaimer: had this at Grilled Cheese and Co. the other day)

Yum, yum, yum! panini nirvana (although I'd add some cranberry relish to the turkey & smoked gouda)

also, OP add sliced avocados to your cheddar and bacon.
