Salsa Chicken in Crock

I was crashing to get out of the house this morning, and just dumped some frozen chicken breasts in the crock and poured a jar of salsa over top. Now what when I get home? shred and use for tacos? Can I use for enchiladas, or will they be too salsa-y? Anything else?

I think you'll be fine with whatever. Its pretty versatile.

My family likes it on rice. Super easy.
