In a workout funk. Help!

I've been doing so well for most of this year. But in the last couple of weeks, I've lost my motivation. I went out of town on vacation, and that totally screwed me up. My food & diet is still about as on point as it was before, but I'm losing my workout motivation. How do I get it back?

I joined a gym. I used to do all of my workouts at home, but I was getting bored, so I joined a gym about two weeks ago. I'm really enjoying the variety. I workout 5 days/week and go to the gym for two of those days.

This happens to me every 2 months or so. First, I try to just push through b/c I know it will pass if I don't give up. If that doesn't work, I try to find a new routine, try a new class or set up a trainer session to help me revitalize my workout plan.

I am constantly trying out new exercises. That's my motivation. So each session is different and it is never boring.
Or maybe you'll find a buddy!? Having someone to work out with makes it much more fun, too. This will keep you more motivated to exercise...
