Need Rec for oral surgeon

Anonymous
I need some wisdom teeth removed and am desparate to find a good oral surgeon. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.

I waited entirely too long to have my 4 impacted wisdome teeth pulled, but finally did at age 36. I used Clarence Lindquist on K St., N.W. Not the best bedside manner, but he does not let you tolerate any pain, and he was very available in the days after when I developed dry sockets (common when taking birth control). I highly recommend him.

Both my husband and I used Dr. Zussman, offices throughout NoVA and there are several oral surgeons in the practice.

Dr. Clarence Lindquist - lovely man. He has offices in DC and Chevy Chase. And he's a great surgeon. He did two sets of extractions on my son (yes, poor little guy), and he was great. He works with adults and kids.

I went to see Dr. Mitch Stark, he has two or three offices in Maryland. I have been to his Rockville/Gaithersburg and his Greenbelt offices. He is calm and precise and takes the time to tell you what he is doing as he is doing it.

Dr. Zussman did mine years ago -- I think I was early-mid 20;s. 2 impacted and other 2 just normal. Had it done on a Saturday and was back at work with no swelling Monday!
