| Would be nice to find one near Fort Belvoir, Landmark or Springfield/Burke |
| I don't know about Fairfax or Alexandria and I'm no connoisseur but I like Meaza in Falls Church Bailey's Crossroad area. |
| Caboose Cafe in Del Ray serves a few Ethiopian dishes in the evening. I've only tried the vegetarian ones, and granted, my experience with Ethiopian food was limited to a few places near where we lived in Silver Spring a few years ago, but I think the food at Caboose is very, very tasty, and it's a casual, friendly place. |
| There is a pace near Pentagon City on that little street crammed with restaurants (on the way to the airport). I can't think of the name. |
2nd! Meaza is my favorite. |

Enat in Alexandria is great. It's off of Duke Street, just past Landmark. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's excellent.
http://www.yelp.com/biz/enat-restaurant-alexandria Aurora cafe in Alexandria, off of Pickett street. It's actually Eritrean which is somewhat similar to Ethiopian. This is one of my favorite places! It's very small and can get pretty packed. They have some American dishes too and the breakfast is great! http://www.yelp.com/biz/cafe-aurora-alexandria-2 |
Yes! Enat is the best. Ethiopian food is my favorite and I've been to most of the local restaurants. Enat is my current favorite. Meaza is not far away from Enat and is good, but not as good, IMO. It is in the strip mall behind Landmark Plaza. |
"restaurant row" on 23rd Street has a Harar Mesob |
