Miso dressing
lemon+olive oil sesame oil+soy sauce+lemon Italian+soy sauce honey + mustard+olive oil i basically mix anything that is available My salads usually has greens. |

Dressing made with avocados. Sunflower seeds, cubed cucumbers. Grated radishes and dill are a great spring flavor.
Make my own dressings which are simple oil and vinegar and lemon combinations (sometimes mustard). |

| I love adding beans to my salads - kidney beans, black beans, cannelini beans, chickpeas, etc. Good way to add some protein, fiber, and more filling ingredients. |

| A friend suggested I put in French's french fried onion rings for the crunch and salt. I tried it and it was delicious. But I didn't want to be eating those on any sort of regular basis, so I switched to lightly salted pumpkin seed meat. So good! |
+1! I usually add some romaine or spinach, lime juice, a little salt, and some jalapeƱos. Mmmmmmm...this may be my dinner tonight! |
