Is X a legitimate source of information at this point? It’s usefulness been destroyed by its owner.

It can be, depending on who it is. People like Wasserman, absolutely. "Patriot Eagle" or some other rando? Not so much.

I’m not on it, but I was under the impression that Musk has skewed things on there by filtering out stuff unhelpful to his cause.

Apartheid Clyde will Apartheid Clyde.

Anonymous wrote:OP, I think that anxiety you feel is probably this buried gut feeling that many of us have - that somehow the Democrats have put up the single most unqualified person they possibly could have in this election. And enough people, despite their best intentions, simply will not be able to fill out that bubble to vote for her.

I have no concerns about Harris. My concern is about the fact that millions of brainwashed Americans are still cultishly following a guy who is senile and incoherent, whose campaign is propped up by deranged billionaires like Musk and Thiel.

Even if Harris is not the most qualitified person to run for Pres, Trump is so much more unqualified it's not even a comparison.

Everyone around here voted early...

My anxiety has dropped and dropped throughout the day as the record level of turnout news is coming in GA, NC, PA, Ohio and Michigan and most of it from women. I'm waiting to see updates on WI at this point.

Can you tell us a little more?

I think we're being trolled.

PP again. No, I'm not trolling.

Many pundits are commenting on the surge of Trump voters turning out in PA, AZ and WI in particular. In Florida, Trump leads by over 1.1 million votes already; that is considered a bell weather for parts of Georgia. Most of the election day voting is men. Philly turn out has been dismal. Even Fairfax county is under prediction.

Can't believe y'all don't follow this. It's the best source for up to the minute reports on what is going on in all states on the ground.

This part is not true. Women out voted in early voting; ED turnout is more heavily male today, as always.

Not from the pictures of lines I’m seeing.

To be honest, I don't know who to believe. Depending on where you get your news, you either hear it's a landslide for Trump/Harris. Journalism is no longer what it used to be for sure. Who knows who's lying. Sigh

You’re following MAGAs on X. What do you expect them to say?

Philly is having record turnout....

Yes. Record low.

Kamala needs 700,000 votes in Philly to win PA. Biden only got 603,000.

Not gonna happen.

CNN and several Dem commentators seem to concur.

Oh, and there is also a hilarious video on many accounts of Kamala making a thank you call today to a voter. Except that she turns the phone around and you can see that she is on the camera app and not really making a call.

People, this is what happens when you put a DEI hire who has never won a primary at the top of a Presidential ticket.

All we’re hearing right now from either side and their supporters is spin.
