Also, he had some brilliant and charismatic lawyers--namely, Johnny Cochran and Barry Scheck.

Nicole’s diaries are questionable . She was also encouraged by her divorce lawyers to exaggerate or falsify domestic abuse claims to get more spousal support from OJ. Kris Jenner tried but failed to do the same thing to Robert Kardashian , an attorney who knew better and left Kris Jenner practically penniless in the divorce so she had to marry Caitlyn

Okay? The police came out several times. An officer testified she came out in a bra and sweatpants, they arrested him, he pled no contest and did community service by hosting a golf tournament. She had photos of herself beaten up. I guess that meant she wasn't in danger?

Did she go to the hospital ? I can take pictures right now and write diary entries about getting beaten up. Answering the cops with a bra out is not what a terrified woman would do if she were just beaten half to death by her husband . Nicole wanted money and didn’t want to get a job . She did what her friends advised her to do but it failed ,so she decided to reunite with OJ instead in 1993 and agree to ditch her bad friends and lifestyle . Her parents wanted her to go to rehab .

There’s so much there that could be said about how the case was botched,
How Nicole was awful to their house staff, and how Nicole’s friendship with Faye Resnick and Ron Goldman were highly dangerous given their shady pals.
The book Raging Heart by Sheila Weller talks more about Nicole and Ojs marriage and why they were toxic for each other

This is why you could see video of her getting killed and still side with Oj. She had pictures of her beat up face with diary so no, she wasn’t making it up.

As for the cut on his hand--how did he cut his non-dominant hand throwing a glass? The effort to reconstruct throwing the glass showed it would have taken considerable effort to shatter not just one throw, even a hard one, into a sink. Why was there no blood on the glass pieces or in the sink? You know how you can injure your finger to the point where it was extremely swollen in addition to bleeding? By beating two victims with unmitigated ferocity, using both hands, when they were attempting to fight back. EVEN if you're wearing gloves.

OJ was found not guilty because there were enough jury members who were glad he killed her.

They have said this out loud on camera, there is no reason to pretend it's not true.

It is well documented that Cochran's pre-jury selection research demonstrated he could find jurors like that.

You’re asking for a link to the six-hour documentary and post-trial memoirs of the lawyers? Cochran had to be persuaded to adopt his eventual jury-selection strategy. (He wanted one gender and was convinced by the consultants why the other was better).

Here’s a 1995 article about the missing blood. The prison nurse had to lie and say he only withdrew 6.7 mm of blood when he later said he was sure his initial testimony that it was 8 mm was correct because he withdrew that amount his entire career and it is an even number

Have you researched any of this case at all. Oj was in Chicago so getting his blood to plant was an impossibility. They had no way of getting his blood because he wasn’t in town.

I have researched the case. There’s a chemical called EDTA only found in test tubes and in not human blood. This chemical was on the bloodied sock Furhman “found”. Either O.J. used a test tube to spill blood on the sock or Fuhrman did . You choose.

Jesus Christ, Chicago was in the immediate aftermath of the murders before a crime scene and investigation had been set up.

Once OJ was arrested for murders and in jail, he did get blood drawn stupidly to “clear his name” and get out of jail because the cops told him to do so help the investigation. Some of the 8mm blood in the vial collected by prison nurse Thano Peratis “went missing”. About 1-2 mm disappeared. Thano, under pressure, changed his testimony to say maybe he only withdrew 6-7 instead of 8mm to account for the missing blood. The defense said Furhman with his history likely took this missing blood and planted it on the gloves, car, and socks that OJ , (because he was prudent enough to wear gloves but leave it behind), left sloppily on the scene. Ron’s blood being found in the Bronco and anything else that was used as evidence was not enough to convict Oj beyond reasonable doubt because Fuhrman plead the fifth when asked if he tampered with the scene per his history . This is why the case tanked . There is no real proof we can be certain about because the detective who was a racist had carte Blanche to handle the crime scene and all its DNA evidence .

The Innocent Project is releasing plenty of men who weren’t as wealthy as OJ and didn’t have the means to hire attorneys that got framed and set up by police to take the fall just because police “think they did it”.

Police detectives are under extreme pressure to crack cold cases especially high profile ones and without any leads, they have to create ones so they use their own suspicions and biases to create a case. Detectives are in charge of evidence collecting and taping off crime scenes which creates a huge conflict of interest and possibility for corruption. I think OJ and Scott Peterson were victims of police misconduct
