DCPS Track/Soccer Fields

I've been wanting to do some sprinting drills using the soccer field at Bell Multicultural High School, but can't figure out the hours the gate is unlocked for the life of me. Is there a website that lists public hours for DCPS fields? I ran into this same problem when I was running around the track at Roosevelt.

I think the field is permit-only, which means you can't go running there.
