Agree with pp's recommendation on Sarabeths. We were in NYC a couple weeks ago (without kids) and went to Sarabeths. I think we were the only ones there who DIDN'T have young children with us.
The food was very good too. |

| Thanks, PPs! We went to Sarabeths last night & it was just right for everybody's mood and preferences. Will try Joe's Shanghai for sure, since I love good Chinese food. We're here for a couple more days, so additional recommendations are very welcome! |

| If you want fancy, Landmarc in the Time Warner Building at Columbus Circle (food network chef from show Chopped). Inventive kids menu (things like green eggs and ham). Reservations probably necessary. |
