I know nothing can match what I'm used to (in Memphis), but I'm looking for barbecue ribs in town that might pass muster with this southern gal. I have a major craving right now.
Thank ya. |
| Houston's Woodmont Grill in Bethesda has great ribs. |
| Rocklands |
| Urban BBQ in Rockville. Also Stanford Grill in Columbia Md has great ribs. |

Famous Dave's

Mister P's is far better than any of those mentioned so far.

| Smoke BBQ on Cordell in bethesda |
| X2 for Mr P's. the chopped pork BBQ is good too. I also like Hogs on the Hill. |

Ah, the Rendezvous.... Good luck.
I haven't tried yet, but I've heard good things about Smoke & Barrel in Adams Morgan. |
| You know that all the big BBQ places in Memphis will FedEx you some ribs overnight, right? It's not cheap, but if you want Rendezvous, you can get it. Same for Interstate, Central, etc. |
Adam's Rib in chicago will even send them to Korea
|
Just make sure you don't forget the cole slaw. |

Depends on your taste and what you like in ribs, but the short ribs at Coastal Flats is IMHO to die for. Reminds me of the way my mother used to cook them. Yum. And don't get me started on Ozzi rolls.
