Just to clarify one point: I wouldn't be scared by finding one such party in a broad coalition government, which is often what happens in other countries. But that's very different from being THE governing party. |
I know, it's like a Twilight Zone episode. |
Obama is charismatic and inspirational. Sanders is, well, Larry David |
I look at it this way. If it's Bernie against ANY Republican, I'll vote for Bernie. If it's Hillary against Kasich, I'll vote for Kasich If it's Hillary against Jeb, I'll probably stay home. If it's Hillary against Trump, I'll vote for Hillary. And I'm a Democrat for the most part. |
How do you feel about abortion? |
The proper question to ask a Democrat is "How do you feel about the CHOICE of abortion". You can be a Democrat and personally be against abortion. |
Fine. How do you feel about the right to choose, PP? |
I was going to vote for Hilary until I started learning more about Bernie. I vote for the candidate I think is the best for the job. Period. |
I honestly think the prospect of President Trump is not that far-fetched anymore |
Of course. Clinton's views on abortion are very disturbing. |
What about Kasich? He worries me. I can see him being the Republican that has the best shot of winning. |
Elaborate |
I imagine this poster meant one of two things, both reasonable 1) they are pro life but not a single issue voter and align more with democratic ideals so are democrats 2) they don't believe abortion is moral so would never have one themselves but don't agree with making that judgment/decision for all women unilaterally |
It global warming? |
Sure enough, that's exactly what happened. So frustrated with politics. |
