Liberals are the only one calling him king. You cant make this up! |
Ah that explains the inability to spell difficult words like Virginia and Senator. |
No kings. No corrupt POSs. Basically, no Republicans. |
+1 Kelsey is a conservative. Warner appointed him to the Court of Appeals. The Republicans in the GA elected Kelsey to the SC. https://valawyersweekly.com/2015/01/20/kelsey-named-to-supreme-court/ "Virginia Court of Appeals Judge D. Arthur Kelsey was named to the Supreme Court of Virginia by the General Assembly Tuesday with the House speaker praising him as a “strong conservative jurist.”" Facts. |
We’re here to stay. |
Let's not pretend that 3-4 of the Justices do not agree with ISL or that this is not an ongoing issue during the Age of MAGA. The Court HAD long held that the theory was stupid but Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch are on record supporting it. Virginia should lose. ISL is a corrosively evil and unAmerican theory. But they should use this opportunity to argue what they don't believe to try and force a stronger holding than Moore v Harper because that dumb ass theory is likely to be raised again in 2028. |
MAGA cannot stop lying. “ The White House posted a picture of President Trump and King Charles III with the caption “two Kings” amid the monarch’s visit to the U.S. on Tuesday.” https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/5854013-white-house-kings-trump-charles/ |
It's called trolling! JFC |
Yes, we see the Republicans breaking all of the rules to stay in power forever. |
You cannot be serious. Trump keeps telling you exactly who he is, and still you won’t believe it. |
DP. Oh you sweet summer child. |
You all should really check with appellate litigators before saying things are errors. They've done it correctly. Here are some other examples: https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/23/23A349/284940/20231013090543221_SCOTUS%20Stay%20Application.pdf https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/25/25A1207/407852/20260502123104939_Danco%20SCOTUS%20Stay%20Application%205-2-26.pdf |
I'm not a legal expert, but those examples were asking for a "stay" of action by the appellate court. I wish someone would explain this clearly, but, along with the earlier spelling errors, etc, it does look odd. |
