I am looking for a good training workout schedule to prepare for the Iron Girl Tri in August in Columbia, MD. I keep finding sprint tri workout plans and can't decide if I should just double the swimming portion of a sprint tri schedule.

| A sprint training schedule should serve you fine. The IG Swim is not longer than the standard swim. The best thing you can do for yourself to prepare for this race is go up there and ride and run the course at least once. It's a super fun race full of love but the bike and the run course are challenging. The more your ready for the hills, the more fun you will have. |
