I like this recipe:

However, I don't put the filling in the crust used in the recipe. Instead I get a frozen pie crust, defrost it, and then remove it from the tin foil pie dish. Then I put the filling in the foil pie dish, cover it with the pie crust, and bake. When it is completely cool, I wrap tightly with saran wrap and then again with foil and freeze.

I also make veggie burgers and wrap them individually and freeze them too.

I soak a bunch of beans (black, kidney) for 12 hours and then sautee 1 chopped onion and 1 chopped red pepper. Then I dump the sauteed vegetables into a pot with the beans and two cans of diced tomatos and cook until the liquid cooks down. I season with red pepper and black pepper and salt and garlic.

Sounds tasty! Do you serve it over rice or pasta?

For freezing a lasagna: do you fully bake it, then freeze it, or just assemble it and freeze it, saving the actual baking to when it's thawed out?
