Kindergarten at Appletree II (Vienna) or not?

We are considering whether to keep DC at Appletree II (Vienna) for the upcoming Kindergarten year. Our concerns are (1) the school may be too small with just one Kindergarten classroom, although the small size has worked wonderfully when DC was little; (2) Not sure about the styles/personalities of the Kindergarten teachers - we met them at the open house, but honestly we didn't learn much over the 5-min chatting. Would appreciate any inputs if you have direct/indirect experience with the Kindergarten room at AppleTree II.

Alternative options for us include Merritt Academy and AppleTree (Blake Ln), maybe Congressional School (but the bus ride may be a bit too long for DC). Would appreciate any comments on them! TIA!
