What do Dylan and Klebold have to do with this? Explain. (trigger warning for above link)

Yes. The Muslim world is disintegrating. 50 people killed a week by Islamic extemist inspired terrorists. But lets focus on Columbine. How can so a smart city have so many dumb people.

This.

So the truck mower was a mentally challenged guy who happened to be a Muslim. Don't go back to another topic.

Is this from an official source that the "truck mower was a mentally challenged guy."

Are radical Islamists any better than the Nazis?

Because he wasn't a terrorist, at least not the type they keep watch lists for. He was a mentally disturbed man who was Muslim and who took down many French Muslims in his wake.

So we were wrong. This isn't ISIS?

Regardless it isn't good news for Muslims and if it wasn't Isis it is almost worse for Muslims because now you have the three largest attacks on people in France are committed by Muslims.

Time for the peace-loving Muslims to start reporting their radicals. Why not?

I am getting the feeling, after ten years since 9/11, that after every atrocity it is more about Muslim 'hurt feelings' than Muslims helping (not solving but helping) to prevent the next atrocity.

Please further explain...

The first response is always defensive, not proactive. Does that work in a marriage?

It appears he was only Muslim in the sense that he was born into that religion.

He wasn't practicing--he didn't attend mosque, didn't fast during Ramadan, drank, did drugs, and ate pork. He also had a violent criminal past and beat his wife. What he didn't have is any discernible connection to any Islamic groups, let alone ISIS.

He seems to fit the classic profile of the angry and alienated loner. This should sound familiar to Americans as most of the perpetrators of all the born and bred in the US incidents of mass violence fit this profile. And they are pretty much all white.

Those saying that he was Muslim explains all are very off in their analysis. It would be far more on target to say that he was a wife beater and that explains all.

I have lots of Jewish friends who don't really practice their faith, but they still identity as Jewish. Sometimes you can't really divorce the culture from the faith.

You are exactly right. What would happen if Muslims rooted out their own bad apples? The radical ones.

I listened to a segment on NPR where they were able to use some mathematical formula to track activity on social media. The expert (trained in physics) said they didn't believe in Lone Wolves b/c they are usually connected to some group - if even for a short time. These groups converge and then break apart, and there's usually more activity before some major event occurs. So he was most likely part of something.

What about the weapons and grenades found in his truck? Maybe I'm simple - But is it easy to get grenades?

Who needs weapons and grenades when you have a truck and a large crowd?

He apparently thought he did b/c they found weapons and what not in his truck.

He had to get them from someone. As a peon myself, I have NO connections to anyone who can hook me up with grenades. So to say he wasn't connected to any group is probably not true.
