Am I the only one who is attracted to Bobby Cannavale's Tony? Yes, I would not want a guy like that in real life but something about him in this series is attractive.

Same. He has obviously been through some stuff, but I think Tony has a good heart.
I like Tony and agree he has a good heart. But as far as being attracted to him, no. He always looks dirty and like he smells.

I just binged the first three episodes and will keep watching. I like all the characters except Masha, but maybe that’s the point.

yes! DH and I were actually commenting that they look like false teeth. It makes her entire face look a little off or strange.

She has very quirky “Alexis from schitts creek” moments.

Interesting. I find her appearance distracting and think they could have toned it down (wires pulling back her face?!) I want to fast forward every time her character comes on.

I completely agree! I usually love Liane Mosriarty’s books but had to force myself to get though this one. I kept thinking it would get better but it didn’t.

Me too. Can't get excited about this one.

Agree. It's distracting. In the scene where she's talking to Melissa McCarthy by the pool in episode 2, I kept thinking it was Alexis.

I absolutely love his budding relationship/friendship with Melissa McArthy's character. They are my 2 favorites on that show. I totally relate to their expressions, responses and bonding about the ridiculousness of everything. They also both have a real sweetness under their bravado.

It’s actually perfect casting. In the book her husband is turned off by all the plastic surgery, false hair, eyelashes, teeth, selfies, etc. The book also said she liked to pick up celebrity mannerisms, and she used a completely different voice.

+1 this, yet to watch the show but have read the book, and Jessica's character is supposed to be .... all about status symbols & plastic surgery
