Yes I'm on Reddit 90% only come back here if reddit DC doesn't have answers to my questions. And I said it's the only DMV site with a broad range of topics. The ffxu site is a joke. I know of no other dmv sites unless someone here let's me know? I'd be out of here in a jiffy.

There is a lot of great information on this website. It’s important to remember this forum is Jeff’s world. Jeff’s control has probably kept this forum above Reddit status. However, this is Jeff’s world and he has final say on what he permits to be posted. Bias is inevitable. It’s important to keep this in mind when visiting DCUM.

I report pure nastiness and threads that are duplicates. Often the OP doesn't realize it's a duplicate so I do link to the other thread. Pure nastiness is posting on a daycare thread "why did you even have kids if you put them in daycare?"

Maybe when he reviews the reports...

In one thread derailed by deletions, he automatically deleted without review because he recognized the style of the reporter and generally trusts her reports. This was what he said IIRC when I asked about.

Probably fine most of the time for the racists and trolls, but not appreciated when the reporter starts nitpicking and gets so overzealous that she reports/deletes most of a good conversation.

Nope reddit is better of course. More topics not as biased. If I posted more it's because I'm bored of telework. Any suggestions for other dmv sites like this one is welcome.

I've been on DCUM for 10 years.
Jeff deletes the most egregious posts, consolidates threads, moves some of them to more appropriate forums, etc. He does not delete things just because someone reports it.

I'm really not sure why people like you think there's an army of "hall monitors". That's pretty close to paranoia.
