I worked there one college break. And I was a fan of the Wellesley Fudge cupcakes in the bakery, plus the velatis caramels (I know the caramels are still available in silver spring somewhere).

belk is more like a bloomindales or saks, or neiman marcus. At least the ones in the rich parts of town in the south.
