I’m watching the first season. I’m surprised PPs think it seems unscripted. I find it to be *very* scripted. The spats the women are having, the founder of the app “Wag” pitting Chrishell and Christine against each other, Mary’s longing last look at the house she sold that she wanted for herself, etc. Very scripted and acted. But fun nonetheless.

My guess, which is only a guess, is that Mary wanted another kid and Jason said no. I think there’s still a lot of chemistry between them and he’s sorry he didn’t end up with her. I also think he and his brother are probably very hard, driven business guys underneath all the party vibe and don’t want a wife and kids to hold them back/ down.

There are too many people on this show. And they all look the same so I don’t know who anyone is. It’s also so unscripted they are constantly talking o er each other and it’s hard to know what they’re talking about. Christine is the absolute worst. Who is her fiancé? Why does she think wearing her jacket on one shoulder a good look? They are all so botoxed and fake looking.

The scene with Davina when she's pitching to the seller of the $75M house. Horrible. Why would anyone give her any business? She was so unprepared.

Davina did not sound like someone I would trust with my WAAAAYYY less than $75 M house. This has to be for exposure on the show for the seller. Davina also needs to step up her fashion game. All the other ladies are at least giving dominatrix or sexy 80s suits or whatever.

Also the show is produced or created by the guy who did the Hills so I am sure this is scripted.

That would make sense because it was a pocket listing, so he didn't allow it to be in the MLS.

I like this show but am shocked any of the agents are successful- all the interactions with clients are cringe worthy. The only one I can imagine giving any business to is Mary.

I want to like Amanza, but a) her wardrobe is so freaking inappropriate for a realtor, and b) how does someone hold an open house and not know basic facts about the house?? Who would ever want to trust her as a realtor. Ugh.

I don’t know if I would trust any realtor who spends that much time getting tiny braids done in their hair instead of selling my property- that includes Christine!
