How bad is 32 oz of full fat plain yogurt per day?

Are you on WW Freestyle? Thinking the yogurt, chicken, vegetables, egg diet sounds a lot like The new WW.

I do one cup of 0% Plain Fage Greekyogurt mixed with Beeries. Once a day. If I’m going insane at night I do mostly frozen fruit with a dollop and pretend it’s a frozen dessert

Late to the thread but wanted to tell you you’re not alone! I will have off days where I eat that much yogurt - I will usually eat full fat, organic plain Greek yogurt. Sometimes I’ll mix in frozen blueberries or blackberries sometimes just the yogurt. I’m 5’7, 127 lbs , I don’t count calories and my body seems to like to be around this weight and maintains if I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full. Some days I’ll crave protein heavy foods, some days I just want carbs etc... maybe you’re body needs the protein and calcium right now? I think it’s fine. And for weight loss I would just add the old cliches about staying hydrated are true I think (I HATEplain water and have to force myself to drink enough liquids but it really does seem to help!)

I went to full fat dairy when I got pregnant with my second kid and there's just no going back. My skin was so much better and it was so much more satisfying. And Brown Cow is really awesome too. I like having their Maple yogurt as a treat. (I'd still cut it back to 16oz, though.)
