What exactly do I need from doctor to get accommodations for ACT test?

That's the situation we are in, and I'm trying to figure out how a test date is determined. The ACT seems to give the schools a 3-week window.


I think for things like diabetes where the kid needs to be able to check/treat blood sugar levels, they can accommodate in small groups or individually.

Not at all true for private school students, where IEP and 504 law/plans don't apply.

Private schools do thi all the time. Your school will tell you when in that window they will administer the test - it's usually on the weekend in the AM
