Can/will this be used against me?

You are getting slammed because you haven't written about the other options you have considered and rejected. Sell the computer you are using before you sell your body.

I have applied to jobs in my field - marketing, journalism, PR. I've even been applying for front desk and admin positions. I have not gotten any acknowledgement of my applying, much less any interviews. FYI I'm using my phone - I won't get Internet or a computer until I have steadier income. (This should give you an idea of my situation).

How is your resume? Do you have LinkedIn? I'd go to the library so you can use a real computer, clean up your resume, and create a LinkedIn profile. You can apply for jobs through there. In my experience, people have a lot more success on LinkedIn than the major job boards (where thousands of people apply for the same position). I found my position 2 years ago that way - afternoon they had already interviewed and narrowed down to two candidates. I applied, then sent a message introducing myself to the talent manager, and within 12 hours I had a phone call to set up an interview.

Imagine anybody who walks into a room being able to see your body. You don't get to pick and choose. Then you must be willing to grind on and be gripped by anyone willing to pay a few bucks. I used to strip and I'm so much happier being an educated professional my family can be proud of.

It is not glamorous with tons of easy money.

Not all strippers do lap dances.

I'd say yes because nothing will be used against you in divorce or custody hearings since your ex lives in another country.

How would a court even find out you are stripping? Work for cash, and keep your mouth shut.

Fellow single mother who makes a modest, but honest living. Look into prostitution first. It has crossed my mind when things have been really rough. More discreet and more $$
