Even if you don't know who specifically published it, one could certainly see about getting a court order to seize the domain of the fake news site that published the story and post a notice on the site that what they published was fraudulent.

So it's not fake news. If people spread rumors, it's b/c they were trying to connect the dots between some of these images and Podesta's leaked emails, which apparently included terms connected to pedophilia.
