Need ideas for healthy, quick dinners

I've found that have a few things just on hand makes things easier. I always have a bag of frozen chicken breast from Costco in the freezer, frozen ground beef, Costco's garlic oil oil, Rao's marinara sauce, a block of Mozzarella , a block of cheddar.parmesan a few boxes of pasta, rice and a variety of jarred Mexican and asian sauces and spice mixes.

With the above, you easily have a variety of stir fry dishes, chicken parmesan, tacos, burritos, baked pasta etc.
