Where can I get camel milk?

I am pretty sure there is no scientific evidence that camel's milk is successful in treating TB or HIV/AIDS.

Leave other animals milk for their babies. They are the ones who need it. You had your chance for milk when you were a baby. Now let it go!

I cannot imagine milking a camel. Cows, goats and sheep are annoying enough. Do they have two or four teats?
