Drybar liquid glass. Amazing, it works. I do not like their heat-protect product bc it can only be used on dry hair (what?) and isn’t very effective.
I also love Alterna cc cream. I heard about it here. It is all purpose like a bb cream. You can use for leave in conditioning, pre-heat protection, or to smooth down dry hair. I love it. |
Why do y’all revive a 10 year old thread like this? The best hair products are not going to be the same anymore.
I have long blonde 2b hair that is highlighted. I use aveda nutriplenish leave in conditioner and then aveda be curly curl enhancer if I air dry. Sometimes, but very rarely, I’ll use the diffuser on my hair dryer (Dyson) and I’ll use these same products. When I blow it straight I use Redken 25 on wet hair, comb it through, and dry with my head upside down until it is about 80% dry. Then I section and spray with Color Wow Dream Coat and dry each section, pulling it straight with a round brush. Days between washes I work some argan oil onto the ends. |
I assume it's intended for curling iron or straightener. |
Which one is it, PP? There seem to be quite a few different Aveda Brilliance options. Is it this? https://www.amazon.com/Aveda-Smooth-Infusion-Style-Prep-Smoother/dp/B09X1Q7H83?th=1&psc=1#aw-udpv3-customer-reviews_feature_div |
Good luck getting an answer from that PP. That post was over a decade ago. The products probably aren't even the same anymore. |
Why are we resurrecting threads from 2014? |
If it bothers you so much that a thread was revived, why don't y'all take your but somewhere else to discuss y'all hair issues. |
Y'all spend too much time on your hair, not happening. |
I have the same long blonde 2b hair that is very fine. I have a large sample of the Color Wow Dream Coat but haven't tried it because I fear it would be to heavy and oily on my fine hair. Is that not the case? |
Jeff explained this somewhere. It has to do with Google and it showing old threads. |
Look at what the person who resurrected it wrote. We’re not dealing with smart people here. |
What product for “bouncy volume” of thinner hair? |
Aveda volumizing tonic for root lift. It’s amazing. |
Well thanks for pointing out that it’s an old thread. I didn’t check the date. Guess I’ll take the one I thought I’d try out of my Amazon cart. |
I use Kerastat heat protectant or Pantene Miracle Rescue. Both are great. |
