I have a good friend of mine who is a mother of 2, rounding 40yrs old, 6' tall and a very thin 135lbs. She eats quite a lot. She has to work hard at putting on weight. However she does eat very healthy and is extremely active.

I think some of you just drink way to much haterade.

For as hard as she fought to have this baby I'm really surprised she didn't cut back on her career. All the blood sweat and tears and she seems to be traveling a ton and working a lot. She can afford to stay home, at least for awhile, and why not? Isn't a baby what she always wanted?

I agree with the ED camp based on all her diet tips and restricting. I know infertility is a nightmare, but did we ever see look like more than stick. I'm not convinced she really did gain weight and maintain a higher weight to see if she could get pregnant. My guess is she ate an extra tiny plate of kale chips with some kombucha for a month or maybe some more steamed broccoli than usual. Not saying gaining weight would have made the difference, just saying I don't believe she gained much.

I went to Whitman with her sister Monica who married a trust fund guy/hollywood producer. Their house gets filmed in Judd Apatow movies because it's so perfect. She is actually more successful in my opinion, has many kids and is insanely wealthy. She was always a big personality with a giant lollipop head relative to her body- but not anorexic at all. She was very outgoing and popular, not especially bright or beautiful- but very charismatic and all the elite kids loved her.

I'm the PP that grew up with her. You're exactly right. She always looked that way. Big head and big eyes on a stick thin body. I'm talking middle school even. She wasnt the most beautiful girl at all. Braces, thin limp Sun-In hair and bad skin. But everyone loved her. At school everyone would be hanging on her every word and laughing. I was younger and looked up to her. She was so funny and cool and likeable.

The food comments are a little scary. Maybe she does have an eating disorder now, maybe not. I just wanted to point out to people sayin how "unnatural" she looks that she's always looked like that.
