But she isn't entertaining. She is just embarrassing herself. She should stop. |
huh? where does this comment come from? Not liking Jenna makes us bitter and middle aged? |
+1 |
While Chelsea Clinton certainly had a lot of doors open for her because of who her parents are, I think she legitimately deserves the jobs she's had and is actually building a career out of it. Jenna Bush on the other hand is never going to be a world class journalist. |
Journalist? niether one is. That is a dead word now a days. |
Sorta like Chelsea Clinton? |
And if her last name wasn't Clinton do you think her CV would be the same? |
I was going to post about this too. Watching Hoda and kathy lee fawn all over her was weird and embarrassing. Jenna just makes me cringe. She is not talented or appealing.
On a separate note, she reminds me of a failed expensive war that destroyed many lives needlessly. NOT where I want my thoughts going on a weekday morning. I want upbeat, cheerful. |
I see none of these rather impressive things on Jenna's resume.... Yes, I agree with the previous poster that she had some doors opened to her because her last name was Clinton, but she still had to EARN her multiple degrees. Her parents are both whip smart - she is also intelligent and likely would have gone pretty damn far without "my dad is/was President" Jenna is most famous for getting herself arrested for underage drinking while in college....and now she has a job she sucks at. I have not seen Chelsea's reports, so maybe she sucks at her "journalism" gig, too - but that doesn't really matter. Chelsea > Jenna - deal with it. |
Do you know how she got the today gig? While NBC did not pay George W for his post-presidency interview, W made sure they offered Jenna Bush her Today Show gig. |
and then they married her off to someone rich and well connected |
You are correct. http://nymag.com/news/features/insiders/today-show-2012/ |
The Today Show is garbage all around. |
Agreed. Savannah Guthrie inspires rage in me. |
Do you even think before you type. Offensive. |
