Packin lady here...13 inches is believable. I had a guy from Mississippi once and he was about "13 maybe larger..he was enormous. I tried but couldn't take all of it. He was extremely large.

Believe it, seriously it was gigantic! He was also 6'8" and very proportionate. I like it big, but that was over the top. I can't imagine that anyone has ever enjoyed sex with him. When I broke it off, he told me it was not the first time he was dumped over his size.

Oprah did a show on Penis sizes a couple of years ago. And she got some sexperts who had done research on penis sizes according to race on the show. And they said African American men "generally" have the largest penises while Asian men generally had the smallest. Of course, there are exceptions to the rule

I have been witha few latin/south american men and many of them are packing I believe its because many of them are mixed

No guilt? I have noticed that dark Latinos can talk about this without guilt. African Americans generally try not to discuss this. Different culture. BTW there are LOTS of not so pretty people with fair skin.
