I do think she's smart, but she actually wasn't prepared enough for the fight she was looking for. Karla and Thomas outsmarted her and put her into a corner. Which isn't surprising since she's a rookie board member. She's learning on the job.

But I appreciate her gumption.

This is so crazy! Karla knew Rita was going to propose this and she snuck in ahead of her and undercut! Agree Zimmerman is a traitor and it seems like Thomas is in cahoots with Karla, Julie & Brenda. Brenda had a prepared statement knowing this move would happen. Rita was blindsided.

Based on how Karla and Julie behaved today, I am highly motivated to tell every neighbor and community member to make sure neither of them get on the County Council. These people are not community minded and they are enablers of heartless politics.
