Worst DEMOCRAT idea yet.

Elections have consequences.

DEMOCRATIC. By using the word incorrectly, you and your MAGA friends sound as stupid as you are. MAGA b-ches love casinos, too, sweetheart.

Clueless. The right’s “Democrat” labeling has been around for over 25 years now — long before MAGA, even long before the Tea Party.

Politicians want the casino for tax receipts.

The challenge is that the casino market is now saturated. In general, casinos are no longer a good business. Chicago approved one - a Bally’s operation - and it is already running into financial problems before it is built. When you take into account the externalities with gambling - something politicians rarely do - casinos just don’t make economic sense.

That's why the Tyson's casino should be built immediately. In five years, we can tear down the casino and convert it into low income housing.

This makes no sense. If low income housing is desired, build it. The cost of tearing down a commercial building is significant- as is the cost of any conversion to housing - which is often not realistic. You must have been trying to illicit a humorous reaction.

We could fund that with a few bond referendums.

+1. So tired of Republican attempts to minimize our democracy.

Only the stupid MAGAs oppose new casino construction in Fairfax county.

What’s wrong with having casinos? It’s just a legal way to have a little fun.

We need to build low-income housing in high-income areas in order to destroy the property value in high-income neighborhoods.
