Don't obsess.

Notice those people who live to 100+ and smoke, drink, do drugs, etc.?

Cause they aren't the high strung types. Laid back go with the flow.

First and foremost prioritizing sleep. If it means I have to take a Xanax once every few weeks if I have a bout of insomnia, so be it.

Eating properly. Not depriving myself.

Daily exercise

Having a great spouse who makes my life easier

Low dose naltrexone, Metformin and vitamin B

I eat plenty of full fat dairy! It keeps me full and satisfied. I feel it helps my skin look its best too. I have a smoothie each morning with whole milk Greek yogurt and frozen banana, and the only milk I drink is whole milk. At holiday parties, you’ll find me by the cheese board!

Cut back on alcohol. There's nothing wrong with a drink or two every now and then, but the amount I was drinking was excessive.

Focus on fiber. That made me put all kinds of healthy stuff into my diet. But thinking about just one thing (fiber) made it easy.

Find things to do that make me happy. For me it's hiking, camping, water sports in the summer, snow sports in the winter. Getting outdoors lifts all the stress away.
