College Forum and Other Regions

Sadly, college sub-forum lost its regional aura and insights ten years ago. The same thing happened to College Confidential 15 or so years ago, which is where I suspect most of the non-local spam came from. It's devolved into the same handful of shut-in dunces spamming the same worthless babble over and over.

No if you're scrupulous about it, you can spot the repeat offenders in the college forum. They make huge, sweeping generalisations like "no one from x college lives up to the hype" etc.
