She spins off of fairytales that we know but in a very interesting and darker way. So of course it's not just happy ending at the end. There could me more. It's intriguing.

I keep hearing people say this. I found this book so boring I couldn't finish it. Feels like the story is going nowhere.


Interesting. I'm PP. I listened to it and I adore that narrator so perhaps that helped. Could have also been my mental state at the time (I was working on something that allowed me to dedicate large chunks of time to the book).
