Of course not.

So did SYC live up to their words and all players play every weekend if the roster is 22+?

Coach lookingland added 4 more players. roster now is at 25. coach only plays 11 players every game and maybe 3 players get 10-15 minutes at the end of the second half. stay away from baltimore armour if you actually want to play a game.

Bumping this up because Armour has ID sessions this week. Stay away from this club and this coach. We can’t wait for this season to be over and leaving. Extremely abusive Coach. Consistently degrades the non starters since beginning of the season. No matter what you do, he won’t play you as a new player. 11 specific boys and their families have a strong hold although his team has 21 QUALITY players that he hand picked and scouted. He just wants bodies on the bench

Not if you have two kids who only play keeper. Then its not enough subs.

Until injuries happen, which they will, especially next year at u15

We left a club for that reason. 24 kids on a U13 roster where only 18 play per game. That's ridiculous.

My oldest is now U16, and his roster is 18 kids (2 of whom are goalies only). His coach is holding tryouts this spring to pick up another kid or two because of injuries.

No coach will leave quality players that can help him win sitting on the bench

Agree with most others that anything over 18 for an NCSL team seems like a money grab, especially at the younger ages. Across NCSL, EDP, GA/ECNL, the older teams due to tend to carry a few more than 18 as that's when the injuries start to creep in and they're building in extra depth. Anything more than 20 seems like a potential waste of time unless you love the team and know your DC will be a regular starter.
