Tell your friend to put down the conspiracy theories and walk away. ALL mcps employees have been fingerprinted and have had a background screening. ADDITIONAL CPS screening is backlogged.

No they haven’t been. And, it should be done regularly just not upon hire.

Yes they have? It's been said and confirmed multiple times. Every single mcps employee has been fingerprinted, the audit always referred to cps checks and continuous screening, but everyone has been screened/fingerprinted at least once.

But that's precisely what PP is saying: Fingerprinting and background checks are to be continuously monitored beyond hiring and they weren't. That's a violation of policy and law.
