Tired of the chaos

Who hurt you guys so bad that this is what you yearn for? Go to therapy instead of punishing the world with your daddy issues.

A lot of them hate their kids because their kids did better than them in life.

Trump’s Chumps!

This is all a big f-u to the next generation.

The Chumps are all about “I got mine.” But they don’t understand Trump will eventually come for them -in fact, he’s looking forward to seeing his con come full circle- because he has utter, acidic contempt for the middle and lower classes.

The fear and chaos is the point

It’s worse than 2020 because the adults in the room have abandoned Trump and only the loons, sociopaths, drunks and truly stupid are left.

But half the country voted for this so here we are.

I think chaos is good for them. I think that’s the point. The news media can’t keep up with everything they’re doing, let alone the general public. If they do a dozen terrible things and people fuss about 3 or 4, they may drop one or two, double down on one or two, and slide the rest by relatively unnoticed. Then, the next day, and the day after that, and again ad infinitum, they repeat the process, picking up whatever they previously dropped to either sneak through under the cover of some other outrageous distraction, or to serve as the distraction to get something else by the American people.

+1
My elderly MAGA mother declared with wonder several weeks after the inauguration, “Trump is moving things so quickly, so much is getting done!” Poor woman only watches FOX so she’s really in another reality. So I get it. Meanwhile, her grandkids parents may be out of work soon. Mention it to her and she waffles and doesn’t know what to say other than insist we’ll find other jobs. But of course, she has a (public sector) pension, and that’s what matters. If she lives into her 90s, she’ll have spent more years collecting than actually in her public sector job.

I’m guessing there are millions more just like her, amazed by how “fast” things are going. They’re impressed with the chaos and the FOX narrative validates it.
