Is it normal for men to shave before a massage?

Yikes! Your DH must be disgusting to be intimate with then.

Wait ….no but is this an actual thing that straight men do now??
I’m early 50s and my DH has never done this. And no, I do not think my DH is disgusting for not shaving his pubic hair to look like a pre-pubescent male.
So this must be some weird millennial trend that has been normalized?

They dont necessarily mean they are shaving it ALL off. Your DH has never trimmed/cleaned up?? I’m late 40s and this is NOT a new trend!

Do you trust your DH or not, OP?

I am a DH and I "shave" mine but it might not be what you're thinking. I use an electric razor (like a barbershop) that allows for different levels. I'm not "shaving" completely bald but I am shaving to get a trimmed appearance. I do it primarily to give DW an obstruction free playground

That’s very kind of you.

Ha! I thought the same thing!

If this is your only clue, you guys are missing out on standard activities.

Which may make it more likely he is seeking those activities elsewhere.

Maybe he does regular grooming and that just happened to be the day. My DH does maintenance grooming every 7-10 days.

Man here. I trim mine every few weeks. Not making anything bald, but reducing the jungle to a golf course.

This thread is making me laugh!

No ok.

How much is he paying for these weekly "massages?"

No one should be getting near his pubic hair for a massage, or even seeing it.

He's not going for a massage. Or if he is, it has a "happy ending." Unlikely that he would trim up for that, though. More likely an AP out there, or a fave escort or something.

I'm sorry.

Why would I make this up? Sometimes he get them waxed

Is the masseuse a man?

I wondered this, too.

Yeah, I mean you don’t trim up for a happy ending, something you’re paying for and why do you care what the service provider thinks? You transfer someone who you care to impress/be respectful to. Unless the masseuse said that’s the only way she’ll give a BJ.

Where is this "massage place" Annandale?

It’s one of the fastest growing segment of retail beautt/health. Most aren’t shaving bald. Hence it commonly referred to as manscaping.

My husband regularly trims his twig and berries, usually before he showers. No mess. No fuss. I prefer the trimmed look, makes playtime more fun. The fact that your husband shaves before a massage at the massage therapists home would be concerning. Is the massage therapist a man or woman? Sounds as though your spouse is gagging something more than a massage

Absolutely not normal OP. Sounds like he is getting a very special massage.
