I would love to see a return to civility in politics. This is something Trump/MAGA broke and it remains to be seen that they have any desire to fix it. Complain about it, perhaps, but actually FIX it? No signs of that.

Usha Vance spoke with Emhoff for about 40 minutes last week, sources said. Harris sources said that arrangements are underway to accommodate the Vance children.”

As it should be - Usha spoke with Emhoff, appropriate counterparts as VP spouses.

Note the Harrises were not provided a visit or tour either. Seems fair enough.
