Were you able to get your stomach to adapt to beans/legumes?

Once you soak the beans, you need to pour out the water and use fresh water to cook them.

Have you gotten an allergy test? I have several relatives who are allergic to legumes/nuts (which is pretty much what you’re listing). They don’t go into anaphylactic shock or anything but they do have serious stomach upset.

I’m a vegetarian but I can only be one because I don’t have issues with legumes. Otherwise, the diet is way too reliant on dairy. Unfortunately, it might not be in the cards for you.

Do not soak the beans. Cook them with a tsp of baking soda.
